Bulk Purchasing

Balashovskiy Kombinat Khleboproduktov OJSC on an ongoing basis purchases the 3rd class (gluten 23-27%) and 4th class (18-22%) milling wheat with the following quality indicators:

• STATE STANDARD Р 52554-2006,
• Trash admixture content — not more than 2%,
• Grain admixture content — not more than 5%,
• Gluten deformation meter (IDK) — 70-95 units,
• Nature — from 750 g/l,
• Moisture content — 11,5-14%,
• FN — 200-350 sec,
• Glassiness — at least 40%,
• Content of grains damaged by a chinch bug — not more than 3%.

Pest infestation is not allowed.
